Junta-te a nós num workshop dinâmico que terá como foco a mistura de ritmos e movimento do Afrohouse e do House. O objetivo é descobrir como dois estilos distintos se podem juntar para criar um um fluxo único. Iremos explorar três aspectos fundamentais:
– Conhecimento: Compreender as raízes e os fundamentos de ambos os estilos.
– Freestyle: Aprender a exprimir-se através da improvisação.
– Método de treino: Desenvolver técnicas para fortalecer e aperfeiçoar os teus movimentos.
Terás tempo para treinar, experimentar e juntar tudo no final da aula. Quer estejas à procura de melhorar o seu freestyle ou aprender novas formas de misturar estes estilos, este workshop é para ti!
