Alex Erikson is a graduate of the Balettakademien in Stockholm, Sweden and has lived and worked out of New York City for the last three decades.
Performing credits range from the Fosse Musical Original Workshop and Carmina Burana on Broadway, Metropolitan Opera Ballet at Lincoln Center; Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade; Italy’s Rai Uno in Taormina Italy, Urban Ballet Theater in Busan, Korea; to starring in the feature film Rites of Spring released worldwide.
Alex has appeared, hosted, taught and produced events worldwide including in United States, Canada, Costa Rica, Mexico, Panama, Ecuador, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, and Sweden.
Organizations affiliated with include Capezio, IDO Dance, New York University, Steps on Broadway, Sheer Talent International and Wilhelmina Creative.

He currently travels internationally as a Creative Artist and Master Teacher conducting seminars and workshops; tours as a celebrity host; serves as TV Executive Producer; and functions as the Artistic Director of Creative Dance Lab.
All Alex’s classes start with a technique-based warmup; focusing on alignment, core strengthening and stretching.
Ballet classes including pointe and men’s class consist of traditional and current barre and center combinations, as well as choreography.
Contemporary, jazz, lyrical and musical theater classes include adagio, across-the-floor and choreography.
Body conditioning and core work classes will target specific muscle groups emphasizing on lengthening and building stamina as well as developing a healthy powerful center.
All classes incorporate musicality, style and technique and are geared towards providing insight, skills and tools towards performing; applicable to all students, teachers and professionals.
Alex’s audition techniques class highlights how to prepare for any circumstance as well as how to achieve the best results in any audition and interview setting. The audition process will be broken down in steps, practiced from beginning to end; and repeated for improvement through feedback.
